Viking Crime Log: four smoke alarms among seven crime reports in week seven – The Cauldron

maximios April 7, 2025 Guide

After an uptick in violent crime last week, Cleveland State University (CSU) saw fewer crimes in week seven, with two open charges reported and two arrests made, according to the CSU 60-day crime log.

A report of obstructing official business and petty theft in the Student Center on Sunday, Feb. 23 each ended in an arrest for each charge. The two open charges for this week include a report of motor vehicle trespass in West Garage and a report of petty theft in the College of Law, both on Monday, Feb. 24.

Four supervisory smoke alarms, all in Euclid Commons, made up the majority of reports for week seven as February came to a close.
