Short. Sweet. Film Fest returns to Cleveland – The Cauldron

The 13th annual Short Sweet Film Festival will be held in Cleveland from Feb. 28 to March 3, comprising a series of short films under 40 minutes each.

Sponsored by Liminal Space Productions, the Short Sweet Film Fest will be one of Cleveland’s largest shorts-only festivals. In the heart of downtown Shaker Square, the films will be presented at Atlas Cinemas, where the works of student and veteran filmmakers alike will be featured.

Created by existing industry filmmakers, the Short Sweet Film Fest aims to showcase short films in a professional setting, contributing to the growing art scene in and around Cleveland. Since many film festivals cater to presenting feature films in their programs, the Short Sweet Film Fest opens doors for original works that would typically go unnoticed.

The staff welcomes films locally, nationally and internationally, and students are eligible to receive a discounted submission fee when submitting under the student film category.

Cost of tickets vary depending on the date you wish to attend and can be purchased at Eventbrite. Parking for the event is free.
