12 crime reports this week for a semester low – The Cauldron
For the lowest week’s count of the semester, there were 12 crime log entries from Nov. 3 through Nov. 9, according to the Cleveland State University Sixty Day Crime Log. Of the twelve reports, two remain open.
Two fire alarms and four supervisory smoke alarms, comprise half of the week’s reports.
Six counts of motor vehicle trespass, five counts of criminal damaging or endangering, two counts of theft and three counts of petty theft are also on the list of week’s crimes, with the majority listed as open.
At The Edge there were three counts of tampering listed in the same report, and one report of tampering at The Langston.
Violent crimes included assault and menacing at Berkman Hall, assault and criminal damaging/endangering at 1800 Subway and one sexual imposition off campus.
Using the Sixty Day Crime Log that is available in person and online at the Cleveland State University Police Department website, the list of crime reports from the past week have been compiled into one list, excluding the campus safety escorts.
